ON DEMAND: State and Local Tax Series: Understanding COST Scorecards
Credit: 0 Credit Hours No one likes getting a D or F in school, and legislators are no different today! This session will review four of COST's scorecards (administration, property, sales taxes, and unclaimed property), along with the objective criteria used to derive the grades. The presenters will identify some ways states (including the District of Columbia) can improve, from COST's perspective, their administrative practices for state and local taxes (and unclaimed property).
