|
Credit: 0 CLE Credit HoursEvery four years across Administrations, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) selects enforcement priorities, called National Enforcement and Compliance Initiatives (NECIs). EPA has selected six priority areas as NECIs for Fiscal Years 2024-2027, including, “Reducing Air Toxics in Overburdened Communities” (modified from the “Creating Cleaner Air for Communities” initiative started in FY 2020). This refocused initiative centers on overburdened communities in each EPA Region that are facing high levels of air toxic pollution from Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs). In this program, panelists will discuss these new initiatives and the role of the agency. Join us for this informative panel.
