ON DEMAND: State and Local Tax Series: A Discussion with the Multistate Tax Commission ("MTC")
The Multistate Tax Commission ("MTC") is an interstate tax agency that works to promote uniformity in state tax policy. This program will provide an overview of the MTC and how its efforts can benefit your clients! Topics will include the MTC's programs, such as the Uniform Sales Tax Certificate and Multistate Voluntary Disclosure Agreement Program. It will also cover the MTC's current uniformity projects such as guidance on P.L. 86-272, partnership taxation, sourcing, and digital products.
