Description: Among the topics our dynamic presenters will cover in part one of the highly successful Trial Primer Series are capturing the jury’s attention at the outset of your opening statement, previewing the evidence that supports your unified case theory and/or undermines the other side’s theory, and convincing the jury to find in favor of your client. Those who attend will leave with a better understanding of how to structure their openings to set the tone for the trial.
Our presenters, civil and criminal practitioners, will identify common trial issues, demonstrate various techniques, and discuss best practices to enhance your trial skills. While aimed at attorneys with little or no trial experience, others may find topics of interest in further developing their trial skills. Those who attend this class may also be interested in attending the other three classes in this series, which are Dynamic Direct Examination (On-Demand), Potent Cross-examination (On-Demand), and Persuasive Closing Arguments (On-Demand).
