Description: In high-conflict custody disputes, effective communication tools can make a significant difference in reducing litigation and supporting healthier family dynamics. This informative class examines how technology – particularly co-parenting applications – can help courts and practitioners manage and deescalate parental conflict.
Our insightful panel explores how these tools can mitigate coercive control, promote accountability, and provide secure, court-admissible records of communication. The class features a live demonstration of OurFamilyWizard (OFW), highlighting its latest features and practical applications. Attendees will receive sample court orders and agreements currently in use across various jurisdictions to help integrate these tools effectively into practice.
You will leave with a better understanding of how co-parenting apps can help reduce coercive control and conflicting narratives that frequently lead to repeated litigation and learn best practices for working with families to assess their needs and implement tools that promote successful co-parenting.
