Description: Knowing the rules governing depositions is important, but it is not enough to effectively take or defend a deposition. Using video clips from real depositions, two experienced trial attorneys will let you in on their secrets for conducting a great deposition. • Submission of transcript to witness for review
• Deposition-related sanctions
