Join the D.C. Bar Intellectual Property Law Community for a lunch-and-learn program exploring the Unified Patent Court (UPC), a new international tribunal reshaping patent litigation across Europe. This interactive session will cover the UPC’s structure and jurisdiction, recent rulings and their strategic implications, claim construction and inventive step analysis, the role of technical judges, and how the UPC may influence U.S. patent law. Attendees will gain practical insights into this evolving system and its global impact. Lunch will be served, with time for networking and audience Q&A.
