Join the D.C. Bar Taxation Community Exempt Organizations Committee for an in-depth discussion on the EO-related provisions in the upcoming budget reconciliation bill. This panel will explore key proposals affecting tax-exempt organizations, including the increased tax on net investment income for private foundations and universities, the expansion of the tax on excess compensation, and the treatment of transportation fringe benefits and certain research income as unrelated business taxable income (UBTI).
