The “One Big Beautiful Bill Act” (OBBBA) has introduced sweeping changes that every tax practitioner needs to understand. This program brings together leading private-sector experts with deep policy and government experience to unpack the Act’s most significant implications for tax controversy. Our panel will explore the interaction between sections 174A and 174 of the Code (including Rev. Proc. 2025-28) the Corporate Alternative Minimum Tax, and other critical issues arising from OBBBA’s permanent and temporary provisions and expanded reporting requirements.
