The D.C. Bar Well-Being Summit is your premier wellness event, fostering engagement, increasing awareness, and reinforcing the importance of well-being in the legal profession. This year's theme is "Meeting You Where You Are" and sessions will cover various topics, such as how to: • Navigate career transitions with confidence • Increase awareness of alcohol and other addictive behaviors • Manage mental health in challenging situations • Develop a personalized resilience action plan • Cultivate hope and energy during times of change and loss
