The recently enacted One Big Beautiful Bill is reshaping Medicaid eligibility and long-term care planning, creating new challenges for attorneys advising seniors. This workshop examines how the law may affect irrevocable trusts holding assets for seniors and whether amendments or restructuring are necessary to preserve care options. Participants will learn practical strategies for asset protection, Medicaid qualification, and estate revisions under this evolving legal landscape.
