Credit: 0 CLE Credit Hours Deciding when to claim your Social Security benefits is one of the most important financial decisions you will make. This workshop will provide an overview of the current Social Security Administration (SSA), the various options you have when claiming your benefits, and the key questions to ask yourself when determining the best Social Security strategy for your financial life. We will walk you through how to determine how much you can expect to receive in Social Security benefits, when the best time to start your benefits is, and how to ensure you are optimizing the benefits you qualify for. We will also discuss how being married, widowed, or divorced impacts the amount you receive and the strategies to leverage in such situations.Pre-registration for this program is required.
