Join us every Monday in May for Meditation Mondays, a calming series designed to help you focus on yourself and enhance your well-being. Each 15-minute session will feature a different breathing exercise, guiding you through techniques to promote mindfulness and relaxation.
This session will focus on Pulse Breathing. This technique is a beginner friendly tool to tap into your own bodily rhythm, rapidly relax, and release tension.
Each session is a step towards the Well-Being Summit, hosted on May 21, 2025, where you'll arrive feeling more centered and refreshed. Take this time to invest in yourself and experience the power of mindful breathing.
