Join the Pass-Throughs and Real Estate Committee of the D.C. Bar Taxation Community for a virtual program on the proposed Corporate Alternative Minimum Tax (CAMT) regulations as they relate to partnerships and other passthrough entities. The panel will focus on the "applicable method" for computing a partner’s distributive share of partnership Adjusted Financial Statement Income (AFSI), the exception to the applicable method, the loss limitation rule, the special rules for partnership contributions and distributions, and the numerous reporting issues. Time will also be spent addressing comments submitted on the CAMT proposed regulations. Don't miss out on this opportunity to learn more about these regulations from experts in both the public and private sectors!
