Description: In part two of the Defending a DUI Series, learn how to navigate and defend DUI cases involving experts and chemical testing in D.C. Superior Court. This informative class offers an intensive in-depth view of how to litigate cases with chemical testing encompassing breath, blood, and urine scores. The following are among the topics our knowledgeable and experienced faculty will cover:
- Expert testimony
- Cross examination tools for standardized field sobriety testing
- Accident and hospital blood draws
- Chemical testing (including breath, urine, and blood)
Those who attend this class will gain a fuller understanding of the process and how to better represent their clients’ interests in DUI cases. We recommend, though do not require, you attend Defending a DUI in the District of Columbia: The Basics 2024 (On-Demand) before registering for this class.
