Description: Join us for the return of this popular series that covers various aspects of government contracting from formation to audit. In this first class in the series, our faculty experts will explain the basics of contract formation, including the statutory authority for issuing and awarding government contracts, the types of contracts issued by the government and how they affect the evaluation process, the government’s due diligence process, and bid protests.
Those who attend will learn about the unique statutes and rules associated with the formation of federal government contracts. This will include the following statues and rules:
