An introduction and overview of the three pillars of fitness: Nutritional strategy, physical fitness, and spiritual fitness. This Part I presentation will cover how to get started, including making time and setting achievable goals. The focus of this Part will be nutritional strategy, with a discussion of why diet/nutrition has the greatest impact on the body as well as nutrition strategies for the busy professional.
