This series will cover three options for resolving family law matters outside of court: mediation, arbitration and collaborative law. The first session will focus on mediation, featuring presentations by Jonathan M. Dana and Sarah J. Zimmerman, highly experienced family law mediators from Tucker PLLC. They will explain mediation, share practical techniques and insights, and provide information about the D.C. Superior Court’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Facilitator program.
