The Securities Enforcement sub-committee of the D.C. Bar's Corporation, Finance and Securities Law Community is planning to host a panel for practitioners about how their firms are transitioning to Net Zero, operationally. With the rise in client ESG initiatives and regulation, we understand that clients are not only looking for ESG-related legal services, but they also want to know how law firms are changing their operations, if at all. The discussion will give practitioners the opportunity to exchange tips and delve into questions around getting to zero, operationally, and building ESG practices. The discussion could also touch on changes clients are making to their operations/suggestions practitioners are giving to their clients regarding their operations.
