ON DEMAND: 2020-2021 Annual Employment Law Update – Second Installment
Credit: 0 Credit Hours
This program is a follow-up to Mr. Fitzpatrick’s Annual Employment Law Update held on February 3, 2021. In this program, Mr. Fitzpatrick will provide a power point with links to the scores of DDC employment decisions issued from January 2020 until shortly before our program with short summaries of the key holdings. He will discuss the significant decisions amongst the scores that have been issued. There will be time after the first and second hours for questions, and Mr. Fitzpatrick will remain available by email to answer any further inquiries after the program.
Please note that, as segment one of Bob's annual review covered appellate decisions, any discussion at this program of appellate decisions will be limited to those issued after the first segment of this program.
