Description: Join us for this new class as our knowledgeable faculty provide a practical overview of common empirical methods used to evaluate class certification issues, liability, impact, and damages in antitrust litigation. The panel will cover the basics of regression analysis, different modeling approaches and their applications, and key challenges associated with their use in antitrust litigation. They will also provide a brief introduction to merger analysis, and how modeling approaches in the merger context may differ.
