ON DEMAND: Nasdaq's Board Diversity Rule: Bold Initiative to Address the Lack of Diversity on Corporate Boards
The Nasdaq’s board diversity rule is designed to encourage greater board diversity. It requires Nasdaq-listed companies to disclose board-level diversity data or explain why they do not have at least two diverse directors. Please join us for a timely two-part program: A fireside chat featuring Ben Wilson, one of the most influential Black corporate directors; and a panel discussion among industry leaders on the provisions of the Nasdaq rule, practical implications for listed-company compliance, and the prospects for immediate and long-term impact on board diversity and ESG reporting.
The first half hour of the program with be a fireside chat with Ben Wilson, Chairman, Beverage & Diamond followed by the full panel discussion.
