ON DEMAND: Understanding Brief Focused Assessments as an Alternative to Full Custody Evaluations
A panel of family law attorneys and mental health professionals will summarize the results from a working group of attorneys, custody evaluators and mental health professionals that convened in response to the increasing need for alternatives to lengthy and expensive custody evaluations. The panel will share the reasons and processes to utilize brief focused assessments as a reliable, timely, and targeted way to assess specific issues arising in child custody matters.
