Our panel will address, one year into the pandemic how lawyers, clients and government enforcers are addressing the unique challenges posed by conducting internal investigations remotely. Our panel of experienced defense counsel and two members of the defense bar who recently left DOJ Fraud and SDNY will tackle issues such as remote preservation and collection of documents, interviewing witnesses remotely and the inherent technological challenges, government expectations for pandemic-era internal investigations, and whether the techniques and practices adopted over the last year will continue to be utilized in a post-pandemic world.
