Credit: 0 Credit Hours
The presentation will review the major state legislative and case law developments that took place in 2021, including the adoption of pass-through entity tax regimes, sales tax litigation in the wake of Wayfair, and ARPA tax mandate litigation. We will also examine some of the ways in which the pandemic has affected multistate taxation. Finally, we will identify some of the tax issues likely to be faced by state legislatures at the outset of the 2022 legislative session and will make predictions regarding what might happen in the SALT world this year.
