After almost 20 years in the sports industry, Adam joined NPR in 2015 where he is currently Senior Associate Counsel for Business Affairs. In this role, Adam manages a broad array of transactional matters and special projects. Prior to joining NPR, Adam served as General Counsel for the Miami Dolphins where he oversaw all legal matters for the team, its stadium, and charitable arms. He also has previously worked as an in-house attorney with the Comcast and NBC Sports Groups and the Washington Commanders. In addition to his professional career, Adam sits on the boards of Homes Not Boards, a refugees support organization, and Beth El Hebrew Congregation.
Kassandra Ramsey is a sports and entertainment attorney in the Washington, D.C. metro area. Kassandra is the Founder of The Law Office of Kassandra Ramsey, P.L.L.C. where she assists entrepreneurs, athletes, entertainers, and social media influencers with creating, running, and protecting their businesses. Kassandra is also a writer and advocate for college athletes’ rights. She has written extensively on college athletes’ rights and has authored two e-books aimed at assisting current and prospective college athletes with getting the most out the emerging name, image, and likeness opportunities. Additionally, Kassandra has been a guest speaker on Sirius XM’s radio show “The Night Cap” where she has explained various sports law topics. Kassandra received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Virginia State University and her Juris Doctor from Howard University School of Law.
