ON DEMAND: International IP Update - WIPO Update and Tips for European Prosecution and Litigation Strategies
This program will provide an overview of the USPTO's involvement in the development of international patent law with a focus on the developments at the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Assembly Meeting in early October 2021. The speakers will also discuss patent protection and litigation strategies in Europe. This program is intended for US patent attorneys who want to learn more about international patent protection and litigation strategies in Europe to help their clients consider global protection of their patent rights with a European focus.
