Description: Trial work, while rewarding, is challenging. From selecting the jury to closing argument, attorneys must be ready to meet and overcome these challenges to ensure the best results for their clients. Join our experienced and knowledgeable faculty for this popular four-part series as they discuss how to better navigate the various aspects of trial practice. During this first session in this series, our faculty examine the process and procedure of jury selection, including the composition of the jury pool, peremptory strikes, and use of jury selection services.
While we have designed this series for attorneys with some trial experience, others may find this session and the others in the series of interest. Those interested in attending this class may also be interested in attending Cross-examination 2023, Witness Preparation & Direct Examination 2023, and Opening Statements & Closing Arguments 2023.
